Republicans are “mad” at the Biden Administration for its expansion definition of infrastructure. Let’s take a look what they are actually mad at: In the bill there is a proposal for a direct $400 billion to care for elderly and disabled Americans. Is this infrastructure? Eh, possibly. Does it seem advantageous to die on a hill that would prevent the disabled and the elderly from receiving healthcare & other types of resources? No, not at all.
Be my guest and argue to death with Democrats about what infrastructure actually is. It will get you no where. Voters do not care about the definition of these things, they care about the material benefits policies bring them.
Who will the average Joe vote for? The party giving their elderly mother healthcare or the party preventing their mother from getting healthcare? You decide.
