• Aaron Hummel, of 5237 Route 322, Windsor, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, a fourth degree felony on Oct. 27. He was sentenced to two years of community control.

• Hanna Pekarski, of 3330 South Main Street, Apartment 1B, Rock Creek, was sentenced to two years of community control on Oct. 27. Pekarski previously pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third degree felony.

• Keyshawn Kristain Busch, of 215 Belvedere Avenue SE, Warren, was sentenced to two years of community control on Oct. 27. Busch previously pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering, a fifth degree felony, and assault, a first degree misdemeanor.

• Walter Charles Newsham, of Andover, was sentenced to two years of community control on Oct. 27. Newsham previously pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

• Isaac Mercado, of 3335 Station Avenue, Ashtabula, was arraigned on Oct. 27, and pleaded not guilty. Mercado has been charged with one count of conspiracy, a second degree felony. Bond was set at $25,000 personal recognizance.

• Faith Rhodabarger, of 93 North Broadway, Geneva, was arraigned on Oct. 27, and pleaded not guilty. Rhoadarger has been charged with one count of possession of cocaine, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of possession of cocaine, and two counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, all fifth degree felonies. Bond was set at $5,000 personal recognizance.

• Collin Matthew Deering, of 4378 Cork-Cold Springs Road, Geneva, was arraigned on Oct. 27, and pleaded not guilty. Deering has been charged with one count of felonious assault, a second degree felony. Bond was set at $25,000 personal recognizance.

• Travis Matthew Jones, of 9765 Mitchells Mill Road, Mentor, was sentenced to two years of community control on Oct. 26. Jones previously pleaded guilty to one count of attempted domestic violence, a fifth degree felony.

• Jordan Lott, of 5428 Fort Avenue, Ashtabula, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony, and was sentenced to 205 days in jail on Oct. 23. He was given credit for 205 days served.

• Dustin A. Trent, of 2775 Route 307, Austinburg, was sentenced to two years of intensive community control on Oct. 26. Trent pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

• Travis Burdette, of 861 West Prospect Road, Apartment 3, Ashtabula, pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter, a third degree felony, and was sentenced to five years of community control on Oct. 23.

• Jennifer L. Welton, of 234 West 50th Street, Ashtabula, was arraigned on Oct. 23, and pleaded not guilty. Welton has been charged with one count of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, and one count of possession of criminal tools, all fifth degree felonies.

Bond was set at $5,000, cash or surety, or 10 percent.

• Joseph Michael Lang, of 6850 North Ridge Road West, Geneva, was arraigned on Oct. 23, and pleaded not guilty. Lang was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. Bond was set at $5,000 personal recognizance.

• John Furry, of 649 Center Road, Conneaut, was sentenced to two years of intensive community control on Oct. 22. Furry previously pleaded guilty to one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third degree felony.

• Summer Anne Moretti, of 4250 Route 307 East, Lot 31, Geneva, was arraigned on Oct. 22, and pleaded not guilty. Moretti is charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, first degree felonies, one count of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, robbery, a second degree felony, and two counts of petty theft, first degree misdemeanors.
