Kelsie Marie Blankenship, 26, of Conneaut, was arraigned before Ashtabula County Common Pleas Judge Thomas Harris in 2018 on multiple felonies, including murder, following the October 2017 death of her daughter Sereniti Jazzlynn-Sky Sutley.
