An annual D-Day re-enactment was held at Conneaut Township Park from Aug. 19-21. Spectators gathered to watch the participants in World War II era uniforms and weapons battle up the beach along Lake Erie.

The event is usually held on one day, but the re-enactment was held over three days due to COVID-19 concerns. The goal was to spread out the traditionally large crowd.

The event saw as many as 900 re-enactors on the final day.
