Imagine Ashtabula will meet 7 p.m. Aug. 23 at A. Louis Supply Co., Ross Drive.

GENEVA

The Book Discussion Group will meet 6:30 p.m. Aug. 30 at Geneva Public Library. The discussion will be on "Whistling in the Dark," by Lesley Kagen.

Ashtabula County Metro-parks will host "Music Along the River" 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 26 at the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metropark, Har-persfield Road. Pack a picnic, blankets and chairs. Music will be provided by various musicians. Musi-cians interested in playing should contact Scott Burgett of Geneva or e-mail buckeye scott @ yahoo.com. KINGSVILLE



Kingsville Public Library, 6006 Academy St., will host Teddy Bear Time and Story Time for children Monday through Wednesday beginning Sept. 17.

"Teddy Bear Time" is a 30 minute-class for infants to 3 year olds and their caregivers. "Story Time"sessions are 45 minutes and for ages 3 to 7. Both classes are designed to encourage love of books and love of the library. Books, crafts, movement, music and puppets are to engage children and promote not only literacy as well as socialization and kindergarten skills.

Call the library to register. The programs are free.

GEAUGA

Geauga Park District will host "Green Yoga" 2 p.m. Sundays in August at Donald W. Meyer Center at Big Creek Park, 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon. Anne Ondrey will lead the sessions of green hatha yoga which promotes honoring the environment, as well as self. The program is for ages 16 and up. Irish American Club Eastside Pipes and Drums Band will be in concert 7 p.m. Aug. 25 at Big Creek Park, 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon Township Amphitheater. Traditional Celtic music will be presented in an outdoor setting. (Held in-doors if inclement weather.) The concert is free and open to the public.
