ASHTABULA

Lake Shore Cruisers will celebrate their 20th anniversary this summer. Volunteers are needed to help during one or more Sundays serving as sellers of 50/50 tickets, T-shirts or handing out door prizes. For more information, contact Philip G. Sneary of Ashtabula.

CONNEAUT

Sheldon Calvary Camp, 4411 Lake Road, is taking applications for the overnight summer camp program for all children ages 8 to 16 for one or two week sessions. Activities include horseback riding, archery, tennis, arts and crafts, canoeing, sailing, swimming, leadership development and recreational sports. Calvary Episcopal Camp, 4911 Lake Road, in partnership with Ashta-bula County Red Cross, will host the fifth annual aquatic school Thursday through June 3. Classes include lifeguard training, lifeguard instructor training and water safety instructor training. For more information call the camp or visit www.calvary camp. org.

JEFFERSON

Jefferson Depot Inc., 147 E. Jefferson St., will host a program on "Camera Collectibles" 8 p.m. June 4. Speaker will be Gerry White. The event is free and open to the public.

Ashtabula County Bee Keepers will hold a potluck noon June 16 at the Ohio State University 4-H Extension Office, 39 Wall St. Bring tableservice, beverage and a dish to share. For more information, contact Verity (Bill) Bruening of Trum-bull.

GENEVA

Friends of Geneva Library will meet 7 p.m. June 5 at the library. Prospective members are welcome.

The Book Discussion Group will meet 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Geneva Public Library. The discussion will be on Sara Gruen's novel "Water for Elephants."

MADISON

Lakeside Villas Apart-ments, 1988 Lakeside Drive, will host a collection site for Goodwill 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. For more information contact Goodwill.
