ASHTABULA

Ashtabula downtown Memorial Day parade will be noon May 28. Any person or organization interested in participating in the parade should call the Army and Navy Union Garrison 411, 1242 W. 40th St. A service sponsored by United War Veterans will be 10:45 a.m. at Veterans Park, Main Avenue and W. 44th Street.

Ashtabula County Friends for Life will meet 7 p.m. May 15 at First Assembly of God, 2300 Austinburg Road. For more information contact Crystal Latimer of Geneva, president.

Station Avenue Task Force will meet 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Thur-good Marshall Elemen-tary, 3703 Station Ave.

Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery Ashtabula Support Group monthly support meeting will be 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Harbor-Topky Memorial Library, 1633 Walnut Blvd. Dr. Amjad Ali of Hamot Medical Center will be the speaker. For more information email: wlsashtabula@adelphia .net

Finnish American Heritage Society will have clean-up day 10 a.m. May 15 at the Finnish Cultural Center, 1330 W. Eighth St. All members are needed to help.

The next meeting will be 1 p.m. May 19 at the center.

CONNEAUT

Conneaut Area His-torical Society will meet 7 p.m. May 22 at Villa at the Lake, 48 Parrish Road. Douglas Murphy will entertain with music from the 1920s. The public is welcome.

GENEVA

Bereavement Support Group will meet 5 p.m. May 14 at University Hospital Geneva Medical Center, 870 W. Main St., private dining room. Group will be led by Jeanette Behm of Behm Funeral Home. The topic will be "Memorials and Your Loved Ones." All are welcome. There is no charge.

Summer gatherings will be held at Eddie's Grill, Geneva-on-the-Lake

COUNTY

Northeastern Ohio Rose Society will meet 7:30 p.m. May 22 at the residence of Ken and Ellie Heichel, 7330 Chapel Road. Jim Zimmerman, Buckeye district director, will speak about the Buckeye District Chair-man's Garden. The public is welcome.

GEAUGA

A free "skin cancer screening" will be held 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center first floor, 13207 Ravenna Road, Chardon. Program will include an examination performed in private by a physician, and educational material. Registra-tion is required by Friday. REUNIONS

The 77th annual Wind-sor alumni reunion will begin with a social hour at 5 p.m. followed by a swiss steak dinner 6 p.m. June 2 at Windsor Elementary School, 5430 Route 322. All persons who attended Windsor or Grand Valley Schools are welcome. Cost is $13 per person/$25 per couple. Reservations are needed by May 24. Contact Robbi Fuller Zakowski.
