ASHTABULA — • Police were called to 224 W. 50th St. at 4:23 a.m. Thursday to break up a fight between two women and a man.

• A meth lab and a gas generator were found at Topper Avenue and East 48th Street at 6:17 a.m. Thursday.

• Threats were reported at 1741 W. 47th St. at 10:15 a.m. Thursday.

• A suspicious person was reportedly hanging out at 1025 Bridge St. at 12:37 p.m. Thursday.

• A theft was reported at 1058 W. Prospect Road at 2:44 p.m. Thursday.

• A man was reportedly trespassing at 5717 Woodman Ave. at 5:56 p.m. Thursday.

• Inmate trouble was reported at 110 W. 44th St. at 6:51 p.m. Thursday.

• Police were called to 310 W. 53rd St. for domestic violence at 8:13 p.m. Thursday. When police arrived, they discovered a woman with a fractured sternum as a result of a dispute with her child’s father.

• Reckless operation of a motorcycle was reported at Lake Avenue and West Ninth Street at 9:30 p.m. Thursday. A vehicle pursuit was initiated and the motorcyclist crashed the bike.

Police arrested the driver and charged him with reckless operation, driving under suspension, failure to comply, and child endangerment. The motorcycle was towed by Skufca’s Towing.
