ASHTABULA — • A police officer on patrol in the 2000 block of Lake Avenue at 12:42 a.m. Tuesday spotted a vehicle with several occupants littering on the roadway. The officer stopped the vehicle at 2055 Lake Ave. and cited the occupants for littering.

• Trespassing was reported at West 36th Street and Station Avenue at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday. Two arrests were made.

• A disturbance was reported at 1934 W. Prospect Road at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday. An arrest was made.

• A caller reported her daughter was assaulted at 1928 Lambros Lane at 7:52 a.m. Tuesday.

• A suspicious person was reported at 1012 Bridge St. at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday.

• An animal bite was reported at 428 W. 57th St. at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday.

• Suspicious activity was reported in an empty building in the 400 block of West 48th Street at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday. A K-9 officer was called in to search the area.

• An injured animal was reported at the intersection of West 19th Street and Ohio Avenue at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday.

• A burglary was reported at 1024 W. 54th St. at 11:48 p.m. Tuesday.

• A warrant was served at 200 W. 53rd St. at 2:13 a.m. Wednesday.

• A parking violation was observed at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday at 1017 Bridge St., resulting in several misdemeanors  and the vehicle being towed away.

• A suspicious person was reported at the railroad tracks at West 39th Street at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.

• A boy was bit by a dog in the 5700 block of Adams Avenue at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday.

• A burglary was reported at 5107 N. Woodman Ave. at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday.

• A package was reported stolen by neighbors in the 3500 block of Lake Avenue at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

• Tires were stolen off of a disabled van parked in the 1600 block of West  Fifth Street at 7:14 p.m. Wednesday.

• A caller reported a man driving a red Ford 150 came in the drive-through at 515 Center St. and ran over all of the flowers out front and headed toward Main Avenue at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday.

• A vehicle pursuit was initiated at West Avenue and Hamlin Drive at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday after the officer tried to stop the car. The officer caught the suspect who fled on foot, arrested him for driving under suspension, fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, meth possession, trafficking in drugs, items to manufacture drugs, criminal tools, open container and a warrant.

• A psychiatric situation was reported at 830 W. 50th St. at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday.
