CONNEAUT — • A man reported he was threatened by another man while walking on Main Street late Wednesday morning, police said.

• Fraud was reported by a Buffalo Street resident Tuesday night, officers said.

• Vandals glued a fuel gas in place on a vehicle owned by a Broad Street woman, police said. Officers were contacted Tuesday afternoon.

• Coaxial cable was reported stolen Tuesday morning from a work site on Jefferson Street, officers said.

• Thieves took a tool box and flashlight from a Cleveland Court residence earlier this week, police said. The theft was reported Tuesday morning.

• A Conneaut man was arrested for shoplifting after he admitted taking DVDs from the downtown Dollar General store, then hiding them in a nearby trash container on Tuesday morning, police said.

• A Grandview Avenue resident reported the theft of a cellular telephone late Monday morning, officers said.

• Police were contacted by a Broad Street business Monday morning about illegal dumping in its trash bin, according to a report.
