ASHTABULA — • Police were called to 4900 Jefferson Ave. at 9:18 a.m. Thursday for a report of a man down. The rescue squad responded, as well.

• A burglary was reported at 5304 Fort Ave. at 9:23 a.m. Thursday.

• A theft was reported at 1944 E. 43rd  St. at 10:08 a.m. Thursday.

• A Dunbar Avenue resident told police children knocked down her backyard fence at 4:12 p.m. Thursday.

• A disturbance was reported at the corner of West 43rd Street and West Avenue at 6:15 p.m. Thursday.

• A juvenile was charged with breaking and entering  and arson at 312 Pennsylvania Ave. at 6:15 p.m. Thursday.

• An attempted burglary was reported at 6110 Bardmoor Boulevard at 2:09 a.m. Friday.

• Police discovered a woman passed out behind the wheel of her car at 1910 W. Prospect Road at 5:16 a.m. Friday. She was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

• The Orwell Police Department executed a search warrant at 1165 Harmon Road at 7:13 a.m. Friday.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 4200 State Road at 11:14 a.m. Friday.

• An inmate from the city jail was taken to Ashtabula County Medical Center for stomach pain at 12:43 p.m. Friday.

• Police went to 727 W. 52nd St. at 3:24 p.m. Friday to check on two minor children.

• A man with a gunshot wound was reported at 1229 W. 48th St. at 5:07 p.m. Friday.

• A collision between a Chevy van and a car damaged a natural gas line at 4807 W. 48th St. at 12:45 p.m. Saturday. Ashtabula police and  firefighters contacted Dominion to repair the leaking pipe. The intersection was closed for about an hour.
