ASHTABULA — • Fraud was reported at 2662 Walnut Boulevard at 12:28 p.m. Monday.

• Child endangerment was reported at 822 Lake Ave. at 2:10 p.m. Monday.

• A disturbance was reported at 1143 W. 58th St. at 3:57 p.m. Monday.

• A disturbance was reported at 803 Center St. at 4:44 p.m. Monday.

• A disturbance was reported at 1744 Blue Jay Circle at 5:11 p.m. Monday.

• An assault victim was reported at the Ashtabula County Medical Center emergency room at 7:18 p.m. Monday. An arrest was made later at the corner of Glover Drive and Larson Lane.

• An assault was reported at 5745 Main Ave. at 11:34 p.m. Monday.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 914 W. 51st St. at 11:33 p.m. Monday.

• A complaint was reported at 4717 Main Ave. at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday.

• Theft from a building was reported at 2000 Great Lakes Drive at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday.

• Theft from a vehicle while parked at 424 Center St. was reported at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday.

• Theft from yard was reported at 1015 W. 30th St. at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday.

• Trespassing was reported at 628 W. 39th St. at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday.

• An assault was reported at 1033 Lake Ave. at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday.

• A domestic situation was reported at 2912 Ohio Ave. at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday.

• A theft from a vehicle while parked at 1249 Hamlin was reported at 9 p.m. Tuesday.

• A domestic disturbance was reported at 306 Pennsylvania Ave. at 9:41 p.m. Tuesday. A suspect with an active warrant fled from police.
