Sherrie L. Shultz, age 57, of Orwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at UH-Geauga Regional Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 9, 1956, in Madison, W.Va., a daughter of William F. and Anna L. (Barker) King. A resident of Orwell for the past four years, Sherrie was a former long time resident of Andover and Williamsfield, Ohio.
She was employed as a dietary supervisor for the former Miller Memorial Health Care Center in Andover for many years; and also by Pymatuning Valley Schools. She attended the First Baptist Church of Andover; and she was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Andover. Sherrie also served as a Girl Scout leader for many years. She enjoyed fishing, camping, NASCAR races, and she was a football and baseball fan.
She is survived by her daughters, Tonya Smith of Andover, Ohio and Desirae Beach of Colebrook, Ohio; son, Michael Beach of Orwell, Ohio; her mother, Anna L. King of Orwell, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jacob Fetters, Jansen Smith, Payton Eichler, and Conner Brown; three brothers, Wes Runion of Orwell, Ohio, Benji Williams of Middlefield, Ohio, and Billy King of Orwell, Ohio; and one sister, Angie Monks of Hubbard, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Sherrie will be cremated and a Celebration of her life will be held at her daughter's house, 3749 Pymatuning Lake Road, Andover, on Saturday, June 21st, at 2 p.m.
