JEFFERSON — Todd S. Gephart, age 51, of St. Rt. 167, Jefferson, Ohio, died Wednesday evening, Oct. 9, 2013, at his residence.
Born on March 1, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Woodrow W. and Martha J. (Huebner) Gephart. He lived in Geneva, Ohio, until moving to Jefferson in the 10th grade.
Todd graduated from Jefferson High School in 1980 and obtained a certificate from the Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School in Precision Machines and obtained his membership papers. He went on to own and operate his own company, T.G. Machines.
He loved motorcycles and motocross racing; and enjoyed jet skiing, baseball, gymnastics and snowmobiling. He was a drummer for the band “Sassy” in the 1980’s, and of course loved to hang out with his friends.
He is survived by four siblings, Beth (Alan) Kohn of Palm Beach Garden, Fla., Julie (Ian) Thompson of Warren, Ohio, Paul (Tanya) Gephart of Meridian, Idaho, and Sarah (David) Marciella of Orwell, Ohio.
Memorial Services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12th, at the Jefferson Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with Pastor Bruce Hitchcock, of the Geneva First United Methodist Church, officiating.
