ASHTABULA — Marshall Wayne Sterba Sr., age 44, of West 50th St., Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, from injuries sustained in an accident while doing what he loved to do…….driving his truck.
The son of Norman and Patricia (Schuette) Sterba, he was born on June 23, 1969, in Lakewood, Ohio, and had been an Andover and Ashtabula resident his entire life.

A truck driver since he was 18 years old, he worked for Truckmen Corp. in Geneva and always traveled with his faithful companion, his dog “Chelsea”.

He will always be remembered for being generous with his time, helping others, and fixing things. He loved his family and enjoyed teaching others, especially teaching his son to be a mechanic.
