CLEVELAND — Norma G. Aliff, age 73, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013, after a short illness.
Norma was born on March 11, 1940, in Sunbeam, W.Va., the daughter of James Lewis and Eliza Belle (Gartin) Clark.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Smith and Shirla Peyton; four brothers, James, Alfred, Ruford and Clifton Clark; one grandson, Matthew Robinson; and one great-great-grandson, Audio Bishop Ferguson.
She is survived by her husband, Harry D. Aliff of Cleveland, Ohio; three children, Deanna (Kevin) Keener of Bloomingdale, Ohio, Gordon (Kathleen) Womack and Thomas (Dennise )Womack of Eastlake, Ohio; two step-children, Harry (Debbie) Aliff of Cleveland and Debbie Aliff of Sarasota, Fla.; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by two sisters, Bereda (Wilmer) Willis of Orwell, Ohio, and Edith Leslie of Cleveland, Tenn.
She held a special place in everyone’s heart and will be sadly and dearly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 25th, from 6 to 8 p.m. at THE PAINE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 140 E. Main St., Orwell, Ohio 44076, with a Funeral Service to be held 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home on Friday, July 26th, officiated by Pastor James Walden. Burial will follow at the Orwell North Cemetery, Orwell, Ohio.
