BURTON — Anthony D. Kleindienst, age 77, of Ensign Road, Burton, died Friday morning, Nov. 17, 2012, at Briar Hill Health Care Center in Middlefield.
He was born May 13, 1935, in Geneva, the son of Frank and Mary (Marcovic) Kleindienst and had resided in Jefferson more than 40 years prior to moving to Burton a month ago. Mr. Kleindienst was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in the Korean Conflict. He was married to Elva Walters on July 8, 1962, in Amboy.
Mr. Kleindienst was a 1987 retired employee of RMI, where he worked as an electrician. His past time included fishing and watching sports.
Survivors include his wife, Elva; a daughter, Barbara S. (John) Emig of Burton; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Frances Fink of New Haven, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a step-daughter, Diane Thompson; and two brothers, Frank and Johnny Kleindienst.
Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 19th, at the Jefferson Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, with Fr. Charles Poore, of St. Joseph Calasanctius Church, officiating. Burial will be in Eastlake Cemetery, North Kingsville.
Visitation will be held Monday from 12 to 1 p.m., at the Funeral Home.
