GREER, S.C. — Larry William Greenfield, age 66, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, while surrounded by his loving family at his home.
A native of Conneaut, Ohio, born Nov. 29, 1947, he was the son of the late William C. and Doris Bunnell Greenfield.
Larry was a retired employee of Lockheed-Martin.
He was a hard-working man of integrity who demonstrated his love of others through work and deed. He also loved his cats, fishing, music and playing his guitar.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Bird Thompson Greenfield of the home; four children: Tammy Krenisky of North Kingsville, Ohio, Scott Greenfield of Conneaut, Ohio, Robert Thompson of Tallahassee, Fla., and Christine Thompson of Canonsburg, Pa.; and five grandchildren: Brittney and Alexis Millard, Kaitlyn and Wyatt Thompson, and Landen Greenfield.
A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 21st, at Wood Mortuary.
Visitation will be held 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Friday at Wood Mortuary.
