ASHTABULA — Roberta Davis, age 94, of South Ridge West, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, in the Hospice Unit at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Roberta was born April 14, 1918, in Buckhannon, W.Va., the daughter of Charles and Goldie (Lemmons) Phillips.
She and her husband owned and operated Jay’s Bar in Perry, Ohio, for more than 30 years.
She also enjoyed traveling, camping and reading.
She is survived by her son, Donald Phillips; daughter, Darlene Philips; granddaughter, Christine (David) Palmiter; grandson, Scott Leininger and family; and her sister, Eunita Hickman.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 16th, at the ZABACK-WILLIAMS-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
Friends may call Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of Service at the Funeral Home.
