HARRELLS, N.C. —

Mrs. Wyonita Jean (Easton) Adams, age 83, of Harrells, N.C., died Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family.

The family will receive friends at Royal Hall Funeral Home in Clinton, N.C., Thursday, May 9th, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Additional services in Ohio. Calling Hours will be Sunday, May 11th, from 6 to 8 p.m. with the Funeral Service at 11 a.m., Monday, May 12th, at PAINE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 140 E. Main St., Orwell Ohio.

Born in 1930, in Colebrook, Ohio, Mrs. Adams was the daughter of the late Elwin Sr. and Gladys (Zumbrun) Easton. She was the widow of late Hallie Daniel Adams.

She is survived by five daughters, Diane Spellman and husband, Rollin, of Andover, Ohio, Bonnie Taft and husband, James, of Toms Brooke, Va., Colista Shetler of Henderson, Nev., Patricia Garey and husband, Don, of Harrells, N.C., and Tami Pentek and husband, Don, of Orwell, Ohio; one son, Marty Adams and wife, Sandra, of Clinton, N.C.; and three brothers, Elwin Easton Jr. of Colebrook, Ohio, Alvin Easton of Wilmington, N.C., and Lester Easton of Tampa Bay, Fla. Grandchildren: Kimberly (Spellman) Marcy, Rollin Spellman II, Timothy Chamberlain, William Chamberlain, James Taft III, Jonathan Taft, Nicole Pentek, Bethany (Pentek) Rowland, Michelle (Shetler) Anciso, Matthew Shetler, Donald Garey II, Joseph Garey, Cameron Adams and Rachel Adams; and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hallie Daniel Adams; a son, Ronald Gene Adams; a brother, Milven Easton; two sisters, Margie Rex and Ila Mae Nicholes; a granddaughter, Amanda Leigh Pentek; and a great-granddaughter, Danielle Marie Spellman.
