GENEVA — Robert L. Wagner, age 44, passed away due to a massive heart attack at his home on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013.
Born on Dec. 6, 1969, Rob was a life-long resident of Geneva, Ohio, having graduated from Geneva High School in 1987.
He was an avid fisherman who loved to fish in the tides of Lake Erie in the summer and ice-fish on the frozen local area lakes in the winter. He worked using his vast creativity, talent and building skills on his recently established home repair and maintenance business.
He is survived by his loving mother, Sandra Fitzhugh Wagner; maternal grandmother, Rosa L. Fitzhugh; an aunt and uncle, Joyce and Terry Brummitt; cousin, Terry Brummitt Jr. and wife Kimberly; an awesome group of life-long friends; and the love of his life, Joelle Allen Rivera.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl F. “Joe” Wagner; maternal grandfather, Frank Fitzhugh; and paternal grandmother, Florence Wagner.
