ROCK CREEK — Lee Irwin White, formerly of Rock Creek, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, with his family by his side after a long illness.

He was born Feb. 20, 1951 and was the son of Grace White of Jefferson, Ohio, and the late Norman L. White. Lee served in the U.S.Army.

He worked as a pumper in the oil fields and worked in maintenance for many years.

Lee is survived by his six children, Kevin, Jeff, Leanne, Diana, Sarah and Megan; six grandchildren; siblings, Lynn, Mike, Chris, Bonnie, Barb and Jackie; and several nieces and nephews. Also very special friends, Butch and Patty Elliott of Rock Creek and Bill Cooper of Rome.

Lee loved to cook and was famous for his apple pie. Lee loved his family and was always there to lend a helping hand. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Lee was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; and a brother, Rick in July 2012.

At Lee's request, there will be no services. Burial will take place at a later date.
