GENEVA — Nathaniel L. "Corky" "Nate" Proctor, age 39, of Geneva, Ohio, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, due to complications of a bacterial infection with his family and friends at his side.
He was born March 19, 1973, in North Madison, the son of Nathan H. Proctor Sr. and Beverly D. (Spivey) Gay.
Nathan worked in maintenance at the Lake Co. Waste Water Treatment in Mentor-on-the-Lake. He loved his children, motorcycles, auto body and painting.
Survivors include his children, Montana L. and Thomas J. Proctor, both of Painesville, mother of his children, Patricia Robinson of Painesville; brother, Nathan H. Proctor Jr. of Jefferson; step-brother, Joe Walls; step-sister, Denise Johnson; his mother, Beverly Gay of Geneva; and his father, Nathan (Jenny) Proctor Sr. of Saybrook.
Service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 2nd, at WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 828 Sherman St., Geneva, with the Rev. Kenneth Roberts, of Pentecostal Church of God in Ashtabula, officiating.
Calling Hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, at the Funeral Home.
Donations may be made to his children, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
