Jeanne A. Galliazzo-McCamey, age 60, of Lakewood, Ohio, died Thursday evening, May 1, 2014, at University Hospital of Cleveland surrounded by her family.
Born July 18, 1953, in Conneaut, Ohio, she was the daughter of Frank and Madeline (Armenti) Galliazzo. Jeanne graduated from Saint John High School class of 1971. On May 24, 1993, she married Marc “Zak” McCamey in Conneaut.
Jeanne was retired as a chef working at Harbor Lights restaurant and Uncle Sammy’s in the local area. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, couponing, antiques, and was a member of the Northeast Ohio Glass Collectors.
Survivors include her husband, Mark “Zak” McCamey of Lakewood; son, Jagr McCamey of Lakewood; sisters, Phyllis (John) Montanaro of Ashtabula, Shirley Galliazzo of Madison and Lucille Galliazzo of Geneva; nieces, LuAnn (Kevin) Acierno and Holly (Joseph) Zappitelli; and nephews, Joseph Montanaro, John (Margaret) Montanaro and William (Amy) Galliazzo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Galliazzo; and nephews, Jack and Frank Galliazzo.
Funeral Service will be held 4 p.m., Sunday, May 4th, at GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, with Deacon Richard Johnson, of Our Lady of Peace Parish, officiating.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, at the Funeral Home.
