CLEVELAND — Ella Mae Elliott, age 81, a resident of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born April 2, 1931, in Geneva, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Mary Adia (Mosher) and Harry Spade. Ella married Louis G. Elliott in Geneva on Sept. 23, 1950.
Ella was employed as an assembler at Park Products and worked as a volunteer for Head Start in Ashtabula for many years.
She had a passion for bingo and she could often be seen at the Assumption Church in Geneva, Mt. Carmel in Ashtabula or in Madison playing with her sister, Juanita.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis (Danise) Elliott of Jefferson, Ohio, and Paul (Bonnie) Elliott of Harpersfield Township; two daughters, Mary (David) Shumaker of Saybrook, Ohio, and Jodie (Mark) Macey of Ashtabula, Ohio; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and her sister, Juanita Ramos of Geneva, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis G. Elliott; a brother, Harry Spade; a grandson, Tyler; and her parents.
Graveside Service will be 12 p.m., Noon, Tuesday, Nov. 13th, at Trumbull Township Cemetery, Route 534 in Trumbull.
