— HENDERSON, Nev. — Eleanor Josephine (Arnold) Ramsey, age 81, formerly of Andover, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009.
Born Feb. 8, 1928, in Orange, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Warren Wallice and Reba Louise (Lander) Arnold. In 1948, she married Jim Ramsey and he died in 1996.
Retired, Eleanor was a custodian at Pymatuning School District in Andover.
Survivors include two daughters, Diane Shutlz and Mrs. Roy (Joan) Brown, both of Henderson, Nev.; three grandsons, Tim Romanowski, Bradley Romanowski and Ron Stetz; and numerous step-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy Ramsey, who died in 1969 in the Vietnam War; a sister, Evelyn Hofstetter; and a brother, Howard Arnold.
Graveside Services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, June 26th, at Williamsfield Cemetery, Williamsfield, Ohio.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 27th, at RANDALL FUNERAL HOME, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown, Pa.
