MADISON — Joseph “Joe” Lander, 84, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II and received the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 S. Hubbard Road, Madison.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison.
