— EATON — Sonia L. Pinkstaff, age 79, of Eaton, Ohio, and formerly of Roaming Shores, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at the Greenbriar Nursing Center, Eaton, Ohio.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Dora Pinkstaff of Eaton, Ohio; daughter, Peggy L. Tekavic of Willoughby, Ohio; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother, William Arnold of Hilton Head, S.C.; sisters, Mildred Darling of Lake View, Mich., and Evelyn Shell of Tampa, Fla.; and sister-in-law, Jacqueline Pinkstaff of Phoenix, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Florence (McElroy) Arnold; and her husband, Arthur A. Pinkstaff, who passed away July 18, 2004.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, May 3, 2008, the Memorial Baptist Church, 1307 E. Main St., Eaton, Ohio, with Pastor Brian Underwood officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, May 2, at the GIRTON-SCHMIDT-BOUCHER FUNERAL HOME, 226 W. Main St., Eaton, Ohio, and one hour prior to services on Saturday, at the church.
