Sometimes, the best way to describe a basketball team is efficient. That description certainly fits the Geneva girls in their 60-29 victory over Lakeside on Wednesday at Geneva.

When Jefferson center David Chase hit a running hook shot across the lane with 6.8 seconds left to give his Falcons a 54-52 lead over the Edgewood Warriors at Falcon Gymnasium on Tuesday, the home crowd erupted in celebration for what appeared to be a win.
