Brianna Kingston celebrated her birthday with a triple and home run in Ashtabula Team No. 1’s 10-0 victory over the Geneva Indians Friday night during junior softball action.
Shelby Smith had two singles and homer for Ashtabula. Stephanie Fusco added two singles and Betsy Slebodnick had a triple.
Stacy Pikes of the Indians had a double at the plate.
Gabriella Patete was the wining pitcher with five strikeouts and only allowing one walk.
Kristen Schupska had six strikeouts on the mound for the Indians giving up three walks.

Matt DiDonato led the Phillies to a 10-8 victory over the Yankees with a double, single, five RBI, two runs scored and a two run go ahead homer in the sixth inning.
Jodan Lopez had three doubles and three runs scored for the Phillies. Both Mitch Dragon and Jared Kingston doubled. Kingston also had a single. Mason Lilja added two runs.
Kaleb Garcia had a solo home run for the Yankees in the third. Brendan Williamson had two singles and two runs. Mike Johnson had two singes and a double. Alex Newsome added two singles, a double and two runs.
Lilja pitched four innings for the Phillies with five strikeouts and Lopez pitched one inning with two strikeouts.
Jay Moore had five innings on the mound for the Yankees with seven strikeouts.

Adria Mathers was the winning pitcher with 11 strikeouts in the Cardinals’ 13-11 win over Madison No. 1.
