Becca Sacket and Angela Slapnicker both had four hits, while Kayla Masorvits and Courtney Adkins had three apiece to lead the Conneaut Pirates to a 15-3 win against the Geneva Diamondbacks in minor softball action.
Jessica Volkman did the job on the mound for the Bucs, striking out eight, while getting relief help from Sacket.

Cassidy Mollick fired a one-hitter, fanning six, to lead the Ashtabula Marlins past Perry No. 2, 9-1. Aimee Grant had two hits and an RBI for the winners, while Kayla Hall and Carrie Pascarella had RBI singles.
Lilly Hedrich had an RBI single for Perry.

Ryan Nappi had two doubles and an RBI and earned the victory on the mound as the Angels blanked the Phillies, 11-0.
Josh O’Block had two hits, while Jared Zeman cranked a solo homer for the winners.
Matt DiDonato had two hits for the Phillies.
