JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP — Ashtabula County Technical and Career Campus Cosmetology students will be hosting a Spa Day on Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the A-Tech Cosmetology Salon. The Cosmetology students will offer the following services: face painting for kids, manicures, pedicures, mini facials, hand/arm massages with a paraffin dip and make up. Services will be offered at the normal A-Tech Salon prices with the proceeds going to Relay for Life.
