Geneva High School Athletic Boosters to host ‘Night at the Races’ Saturday

GENEVA — The Geneva High School Athletic Boosters will host the annual “Night at the Races” fundraiser on Saturday to “boost” contributions to its scholarship program.

The 40th annual event will be held at the Harpersfield Community Center. Doors open at 5 p.m., with bidding on the 11 races starting at 7 p.m. Admission is $20 and includes dinner and an open bar.

The event will include a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction.

Money raised at the event will fund equipment, uniforms, and scholarships for Geneva area athletes.

Sponsorship opportunities are also still available, including the name-a-horse sponsorship for $20 and the buy-a-race sponsorship for $100.
