County grand jury indicts 18 suspects

JEFFERSON — Note: The indictment of a person by a grand jury or otherwise is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. All information is taken from Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court records.

The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

n Richard E. Czerr III, 44, of 1024 W. 3rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of assault on a police officer following a Jan. 10 incident in Ashtabula.

n Jeffrey K. Reeder, 44, of 3655 N. Broadway, Geneva, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal manufacture of methamphetamines following a Jan. 11 incident in Lenox Township.

n Rick D. Williams, 48, of 328 Harbor St., Apt. 14, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of possession of criminal tools following a Feb. 8 incident in Conneaut.

n Amy Dawn Hamadneh, 33, of 1710 Carterland Drive, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of robbery following a Feb. 6 incident involving a 69-year-old woman.

n Daniel S. Poff, 33, of 566 Main St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of methemphetamines with a forfeiture specification of $240; one count of manufacture of drugs, one count aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs following a Feb. 5 incident in Conneaut.

n Neil W. Gwinn, 35, of 18 E. Satin St., Jefferson, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a July 27 incident in Lenox Township involving morphine.

n Jonathan M. Bowens, 41, of 5734 Madison Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine following a Jan. 4 incident in Ashtabula involving .9 grams of the drug.

n Brandi McIver, 26, of 1946 Lambros Lane Apt. F9, Ashtabula indicted on one count of obstructing official business following a Dec. 31 incident in Ashtabula.

n Richard A. Schroeder, 50, of 3107 S. Myers Road, Lot 30, Geneva, was indicted on one count of having weapons under a disability following a Feb. 28 incident in Geneva involving a semi-automatic pistol.

n Dustin S. Plottke, 25, of 4259 Ireland Road, Rome, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of petty theft following a Feb. 5 incident in Hartsgrove Township.

n Shante Baker, 20, of 5910 West Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property following a July 27 incident in Ashtabula Township involving a credit card.

n Brian K. Culbertson, 35, of 444 Marina Drive, Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of deception to obtain dangerous drugs following a December incident in Ashtabula involving Roxicodone.

n Michael David Dixon, 26, of 125 Austin Road, Lot 22, Geneva, was indicted on a charge of illegal manufacture of drugs following an incident that occurred between Jan. 2 and Jan. 9 in Geneva.

n Rebecka J. Hezebicks, 25, of 125 Austin Road, Lot 22, Geneva was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine) following an incident that occurred between Jan. 2 and Jan. 9 in Geneva.

n Lisa M. Hall, 40, of 7913 Ninevah Road, Geneva, was indicted on three counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs and three counts of illegal processing of a drug document following incidents that occurred between May 6, 2010 and July 5, 2010 in Ashtabula, Geneva and Ashtabula Township involving Oxycodone.

n Tricia A. Lewis, 34, of 5114 Reed Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of deception to obtain dangerous drugs and one count of illegal processing of a drug document following a Dec. 27 incident involving Roxicodone.

n Charles Lowitz, 59, of 8551 Route 534, Windsor Township, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of cultivation of marijuana following an Oct. 4 incident involving 7,295 grams of the drug in Windsor Township.
