State Road bridge work will close eastbound I-90 tonight and Thursday morning

A stretch of eastbound Interstate 90 near Route 11 will be closed to traffic tonight and Thursday morning to allow workers to place beams for a bridge above the freeway, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

The interstate will be closed under State Road, just east of Route 11, beginning at 10 p.m. today and should reopen at 6 a.m. Thursday, ODOT said.

Traffic will use state routes 11, 84 and 193 to return to the freeway.

Westbound I-90 was closed Tuesday and early this morning at the same location and for the same reason.
