Reservations for Lake Shore Park pavilions begin Presidents’ Day

ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP — It's hard to believe with all the snow and cold that folks are thinking of the warm summer days ahead.

Starting Monday, Presidents’ Day, reservations for pavilions will begin at Lake Shore Park. The park continues to be a popular spot for the family reunions, graduation parties, church and company picnics.

Even during the winter months people find their way to the park for the Holiday lighting display, the disc golf ice bowl, sled riding and just watching the frozen Lake Erie.

Reservation walk-ins begin at 8 a.m. with phone reservations beginning at 1 p.m. No calls will be taken prior to 1 p.m.

Park officials encourage everyone to have more than one date in mind, as the pavilions are reserved rapidly.
