Remember 9/11 Freedom Walk planned in Ashtabula

ASHTABULA — On Wednesday, hundreds of residents will gather for a silent walk in memory of those taken too soon on  9/11, as well as the emergency responders who serve our country.

To commemorate the 12th Anniversary of 9/11 and Patriots Day, Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, in conjunction with Veterans and Family Memorial Care Providers nationwide, is sponsoring a Remember 9/11 Freedom Walk.

The opening ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday with a welcome by J. P. Ducro IV.
