Grand Jury indicts 16

JEFFERSON — The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

• Jami E. Ponn, 26, of 2394 Hague Road, Orwell, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a July 30 incident in Orwell Township.

• Todd A. Furman, 31, of 1999 Sheffield Road, Ashtabula, and Clinton P. Hail, 33, of 2315 Ketchum Road, Ashtabula were indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following an Aug. 4 incident in Rome Township.

• John F. Setele, Jr., 22, of 5093 Cork Cold Springs Road, Geneva, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following an Aug. 4 incident in Geneva.

• Rebecca Kneubehl, 24, of 416 Mulberry Street Apt. 198, Conneautville, Pa., was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a July 25 incident in Conneaut.

• Daniel C. Rutter, 21, of 172 Marshal St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of possessing criminal tools following an Aug. 21 incident in Conneaut.

• Bradley L. Crandall, 19, of 163 Marshal St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and once count of obstructing justice following an Aug. 21 incident in Conneaut.

• Nicholas A. Sutley, 19, of 163 Marshal St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of possessing criminal tools following an Aug. 21 incident in Conneaut.

• Eric A. Gebe, 49, of 2919 Adams Road, Kingsville, was indicted on two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle with specifications including forfeiture of two firearms following a July 29 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• David J. Orgel, 33, of 137 Hiler St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of tampering with evidence following an Aug. 19 incident in Conneaut.

• Michael L. Kirschnik, 31, of 1410 W. 6th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following an Aug. 24 incident in Ashtabula.

• Forest T. Hensel, 20, of 5875 Woodman Ave. Apt. 21, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance following a July 26, 2012 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Anthony E. Tarbell, 29, of 2839 Liberty St., Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of felonious assault following a July 28 incident in Jefferson.

• James D. Witchey, 30, of 136 S. Maple St., Orwell, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of possessing criminal tools, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of illegal manufacture of drugs following an Aug. 17 incident in Orwell Township.

• Carlos Vaughn, 32, of 151 E. Warren, Youngstown, was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin and two counts of complicity to trafficking in heroin following incidents on Sept. 24, 2012, Sept. 28, 2012 and Nov. 14, 2012 in Ashtabula.

• Xavier J. Oliveras, 20, of 7005 Sanborn Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of trespass in habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and one count of criminal damaging following a Sept. 3 incident in Hartsgrove Township.

• Patrick R. Tutolo, 46, of 1057 State Road, Geneva, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following an Aug. 15 incident in Geneva.
