16 people indicted by grand jury

JEFFERSON — EDITOR’S Note: The indictment of a person by a grand jury or otherwise is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. All information is taken from Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court records.

JEFFERSON —The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

• Malcom Juwanjamul Johnson, 19, of 2220 Cardinal Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of carrying a concealed weapon (two guns) and one count of trafficking in marijuana (23.3 grams) following Nov. 9 incidents in Ashtabula.

• Matthew L. Wofford, 34, of 487 Millard Ave., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of theft, one count of misuse of a credit card and one count of receiving stolen property following incidents occurring in October and November in Conneaut.

• Darrion Fedak, 18, of 136 Sunset St., Orwell, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of burglary and one count of theft (more than $1,000) following Sept. 14 incidents in Orwell.

• Brett A. Bartlett, 30, of 925 E. Beach St., Jefferson, was indicted on one count of burglary, one count of receiving stolen property (a debit card), one count of breaking and entering (an Austinburg home) and one count of grand theft motor vehicle (a 2005 van) following incidents Nov. 29 and Dec. 25 in Jefferson Township and Austinburg Township.

• Marvin Haynes II, 46, of 5565 Hall Road, Andover, was indicted on three counts of having weapons under a disability (a revolver, a shotgun and a pistol) following a Nov. 28 incident in Richmond Township.

• Alberto Manuel DeLaRosa, 43, of 2808 Shadyside Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine (.1 gram) and one count grand theft motor vehicle (a pick-up truck) following Dec. 2 incidents in Ashtabula.

• David DeJesus, 23, of 221 W. 54th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of complicity to the manufacture of drugs following an Aug. 29 incident in Ashtabula.

• Timothy L. Hughart, 23, in the Ashtabula Jail, was indicted on one count of assault on a peace officer and one count of possession of heroin (less than a gram) following an Dec. 7 incident in Ashtabula.

• Brian T. LeMasters, 46, of 1850 Mill St., Austinburg, was indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (Oxycodone and Methamphetamines) and one count of possession of heroin (more than a gram).

• Alan Harris, 23, of 1211 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one two counts of burglary following a Dec. 14 incidents in Ashtabula.

• Matthew L. Wilson, 26, of 3638 Fox Run Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of complicity to robbery, three counts of criminal damaging (ramming three separate cars), one count of possession of heroin, one count of aggravated possession of drugs (3.6 grams Methamphetamines) and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments (syringes) following December incidents in Ashtabula and Ashtabula Township.

• Patricia L. Flynn, 41, of 2370 Netcher Road, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of robbery, one count of possession of heroin, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments following December incidents in Ashtabula Township.

• Charles H. Stolder Jr., 41, of 685 Clay Road, Dorset was indicted on one count of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness of a crime following a Dec. 18 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Joel Sidley Jr., 21, of 2319 W. 9th St., Ashtabula, and Tracy Trent Jr., of 5224 Stark Ave., Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft of more than $1,000 in merchandise and cash following a Dec. 27 incident in Ashtabula.

• Alexandra L. Signar, 19, of 1883 Beaver Circle, Roaming Shores, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly of possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments following a Dec. 28 incident in Saybrook Township.
