Ashtabula County Grand Jury indictments

JEFFERSON — The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

— Stephan W. Welty, 36, 669 Lakeview Ave., Conneaut, was indicted on two counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of domestic violence following incidents on May 27 in Richmond Township and June 5 in Conneaut.

— Lisa Alley, 28, 5325 Lake Road #5, Geneva-on-the-Lake, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs following an April 25 incident in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

— Stephen J. Voytko, 36, 5325 Lake Road #5, Geneva-on-the-Lake, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of possession of drugs following an April 25 incident in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

— Anthony J. DelMonico, 27, 30 Park St. #8, Geneva, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs following incidents on Feb. 16 and March 16 in Ashtabula Township and Geneva, respectively, and incidents on Jan. 8 and April 29 in Ashtabula Township and Geneva, respectively.

— Andrew Burton, 21, Lake Erie Correctional Institution, 501 Thompson Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of harassment with bodily substance following a March 25 incident in Conneaut.

— Pablo J. Latorres, 31, 5763 Main Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin following an Oct. 24 incident in Ashtabula.

— Brian T. LeMasters, 46, 1850 Mill St., Austinburg, was indicted on one count of failure to appear for a pre-trial on drug charges on May 31.

— Travis Wright, 30, Lake Erie Correctional Institution, 501 Thompson Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of possession of a deadly weapon while under detention following a March 29 incident in Conneaut.

— Jared M. Windler, 36, 3400 Shadyside Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification following an April 3 incident in Ashtabula.

— Donna M. Hutzell, 33, 2817 Liberty St., Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of identity fraud following a March 19 incident in Jefferson.

— Quinton N. Gaines, 30, 594 Shelpy Ave., Painesville, was indicted on one count of felonious assault; two counts of felonious assault with a firearm specification; and two counts of having weapons while under disability following incidents in March and April in North Kingsville.

— Matthew D. Leicht, 34, 13461 Old Lake Road, East Springfield, Pa., was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine following a May 5 incident in Conneaut.

— Joshua M. Hunter, 23, P.O. Box 269, Kingsville, was indicted on one count of robbery following a Jan. 24 incident in Ashtabula Township.

— W. D. Henton, 55, 4603 West Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of having weapons while under disability with a specification involving forfeiture of a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun following a Feb. 7 incident in Ashtabula.

— Jeffrey J. Switalski, 27, 3191 Padanarum Road, Geneva, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of possession of heroin following an April 29 incident in Geneva Township.

— William A. Bisbey Jr., 30, 6535 Conley Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following an April 17 incident in Jefferson.

— Kurt Ross, 42, 575 Eastlawn St., Geneva, was indicted on one count of attempted aggravated burglary and one count of attempted burglary following an April 15 incident in Pierpont Township.
