Ashtabula County Grand Jury Indictments

JEFFERSON — The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

• James Ashley, 24, of 1269 Doyle Road, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of theft following a Dec. 24, 2013 incident in Jefferson Township.

• Ricky J. Sabo, 32, of 720 Main St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle and two counts of failure to comply with order of signal of a police officer following an April 29 incident in Conneaut.

• Stefan Lee Card, 23, of 534 E. 16th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of assault, one count of obstructing official business and one count of inciting to violence following a May 9 incident in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

• Douglas M. Mayle, Jr., 51, of 6223 Lake Road W. #5, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of felonious assault following a May 8 incident in Ashtabula.

• Adam M. Furman, 32, of 916 W. 38th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following an April 7 incident in Ashtabula.

• David L. Bixler, Jr., 31, of 3834 Spencer, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of domestic violence following a May 8 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Trisha M. Furman, 35, of 916 W. 38th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of complicity to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following an April 7 incident in Ashtabula.

• Glenn J. Bryant, 36, of 6629 North Ridge Road W. Apt. B, Geneva, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a May 7 incident in Ashtabula. The defendant is also subject to forfeiture of $1,220 in U.S. currency.

• Stanley P. Kohut III, 24, of 3134 Johnson Ct., Ashtabula, and James Ray Kunes, 22, of 3623 Homewood Ave., Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of vandalism, one count of breaking and entering and one count of theft following a May 11 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Craig D. Barnum, 30, of 4008 E. Center St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs following an April 23 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Joseph E. Nicholson, 32, of 4935 S. Spencer Dr. Apt. B, Geneva, was indicted on one count of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence following a May 11 incident in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

• Raymond Childs, 21, of 8620 Fortney Road, Orwell, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following an April 6 incident in Orwell Township. The defendant is also subject to forfeiture of $230 in U.S. currency.

• Ricky J. Sabo, 32, of 720 Main St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of disrupting public service and one count of vandalism following a June 5 incident in Conneaut.

• Kyle D. Johnson, 22, of 3107 S. Myers Road Apt. 92, Geneva, was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin and one count of possessing criminal tools following a May 16 incident in Ashtabula. The defendant is also subject to forfeiture of $480 in U.S. currency.

• Autumn E. Fenton, 36, of 371 1/2 Harbor, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of endangering children and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following an Oct. 1, 2013 and Nov. 2, 2013 in Conneaut.

• Dalton R. Barnum, 19, of 1005 Seymour Dr., Ashtabula, and Nathan D. Johnson, 26, of 90 Noe Ave., Orwell were indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of tampering with evidence following a May 6 incident in New Lyme Township.

• Nathan R. Weyant, Jr., 38, of 520 Bunker Hill Road Apt. A, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of domestic violence following a May 1 and May 4 incident in Ashtabula.

• Edward D. Ramon, 32, of 3542 S. Wendover Circle, Youngstown, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of resisting arrest following a May 6 incident in Saybrook Township.

• Delshawn M. Wells, 22, of 4903 Dwight Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of robbery, one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and one count of robbery with a firearm specification following a Feb. 28 and March 12 incident in Ashtabula.

• Shaun WP Betts, 32, of 449 Mill St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Feb. 11 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• William M. Stroud, 18, of 813 Thayer Ave., Ashtabula; Jennifer N. White, 36, of 787 Eastwood St., Geneva; Katie M. Coachman, 18, of 2431 West St., Geneva; and, Cody Karsikas, 20, of 4121 Cleveland Ave., Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a May 16 incident in Plymouth Township.

• Joseph Kristoff, 23, of 1747 Dodgeville Road, Rome, was indicted on two counts of theft, one count of forgery and one count of burglary following multiple incidents in February and May in Rome Township.

• Joshua C. Heath, 40, of 5190 Route 7, Burghill, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated following an incident on May 16 in Orwell. The grand jurors further find and specify the defendant has prior convictions of the same offense within the past 20 years.

• Daniel J. Strong, 29, of 1477 Belvista Ct., Rome, was indicted on one count of theft of drugs, one count of safecracking and two counts of petty theft following a June 9 incident in Geneva.

• Michael A. Canter, 27, of 346 Harbor St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property following a June 8 incident in Conneaut.

• Jeramy V. Baker, 25, of 3509 Station Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin following a June 4 incident in Ashtabula.

• Marco Serrano, 34, of the Mansfield Correctional Institution, was indicted on one count of felonious assault following a March 8 incident in Conneaut.
