Ashtabula County Grand Jury Indictments

EDITOR’S Note: The indictment of a person by a grand jury or otherwise is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. All information is taken from Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court records.

JEFFERSON —The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

• Brianna Bernard, 19, of 5603 Nathan Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on four counts of complicity to aggravated murder with firearm specifications, and one count of complicity to aggravated burglary with a firearm specification following a Nov. 25, 2013 incident in Ashtabula. Grand Jurors further find and specify that the person who Bernard did aid and abet had a firearm on or about his person or under his control while committing the offense and did display the firearm, brandish the firearm, indicated he possessed the firearm or used the firearm to facilitate the offense.

• Jeffrey H. Sprinkle, 23, of 7320 Reeves Road, Conneaut, was indicted on two counts of aggravated burglary, one count of domestic violence and one count of aggravated menacing following a July 23, 2013 incident in Conneaut.

• Nelson F. Rosado, 36, of 954 Lake Ave. Back, Geneva, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, one count of aggravated robbery and one count of theft following a March 24, 2013 incident in Ashtabula.

• Tyler P. Ashley, 27, of 1026 Bridge St. Apt. B, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of aggravated vehicular assault, one count of vehicular assault and one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence following an Aug. 31, 2013 incident in Ashtabula.

• Javier Morales-Alverez, 33, of 1337 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of abduction, one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of assault following a Nov. 27, 2013 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Frank R. Hites, 29, of 2292 Greenville Road, Bristolville, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property following a Sept. 11, 2013 incident in Andover.

• Jordan Wiser, 18, of 504 Park St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of conveyance/possession of deadly weapon/ordnance in school safety zone following a Dec. 12 incident in Jefferson Township.

• Shauna Balliet, 28, of 553 Buffalo St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of forgery following a Feb. 1, 2013 incident in Conneaut.

• Michael J. Nordquest, 53, of 1642 W. 3rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of burglary following a Dec. 26, 2013 incident in Ashtabula.

• Clarence W. White, Jr., 34, and Peggy Wilcox, 34, both of 5650 Woodman Ave. Lot 5, Ashtabula, and Billy R. Hale, 47, and Sheri Spurlock, 45, both of 5650 Woodman Ave. Apt. 21, Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Dec. 26 incident in Ashtabula.

• William C. Bowers, 29, of 1929 E. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary and one count of disrupting public services following a Dec. 7 incident in Ashtabula.

• Bryan K. Ankrom, 38, of 215 E. Walnut St., Waterloo, Ind., was indicted on one count of robbery following a Jan. 2 incident in Geneva.

• Jacob Casper, 29, of 4978 Yale Drive, Geneva, was indicted on one count of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence following a Jan. 4 incident in Geneva.

• Terrell Jones, 20, of 516 W. 36th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of attempted murder with a firearm specification and one count of felonious assault with a firearm specification. Grand Jurors further find and specify Jones had a firearm on or about his person or under his control while committing the offense and did display the firearm, brandish the firearm, indicated he possessed the firearm or used the firearm to facilitate the offense.

• Jeffrey H. Sprinkle, 23, of 7320 Reeves Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary and one count of assault following a Dec. 21, 2013 incident in Conneaut.

• Heidi S. Pavlovski, 34, of 476 Prentice Road, Warren, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of endangering children following a Jan. 13 incident in Lenox Township and Ashtabula Township.

• David J. Cline, 37, of 755 Madison St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, one count of felonious assault and one count of assault following an Oct. 22, 2013 incident in Ashtabula.
