Ashtabula County Grand Jury Indictments

JEFFERSON —

The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
• Lukas Hinkle, 18, of 426 South Richcliff St., Tallmadge, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Jan. 31 incident in Jefferson.
• Robyn R. Nelson, 39, of 2467 Hague Road, Orwell, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a March 9 incident in Jefferson. The defendant was also subject to forfeiture of a 1998 GMC Jimmy and $416 in U.S. currency.
• Christopher Kidder, 38, of 11599 Carter Road, Albion, Pa., was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a March 26 incident in Conneaut.
• Frank L. Soke, 31, 6591 North Ridge Road W., Geneva, was indicted on two counts of having weapons while under disability following a March 8 incident in Geneva Township.
• Stanley T. Smith, 50, of 1704 S. Denmark Road, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Feb. 13 incident in Jefferson.
• Deonte Orr, 21, of 4609 Bader Ave., Cleveland, was indicted on one count of retaliation following April 2 in Ashtabula.
• Lawrence G. Barnes, 28, of 820 W. 38th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, one count of domestic violence, and one count of having weapons while under disability following an April 2 incident in Ashtabula.
• Carlos Hernandez, 27, of 5700 Nathan Ave. Apt. 101, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of retaliation and one count of harassment with a bodily substance following an April 3 incident in Ashtabula.
• Ivy Robinson IV, 24, of 6908 Route 322, Windsor, was indicted on one count of vandalism, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, and, one count of illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of detention facility following a March 23 incident in Jefferson.
