Ashtabula County Grand Jury indictments

JEFFERSON — The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.

• Larry L. Krueger, 40, of 2386 Peterson Road, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property and one count of misuse of credit cards following incidents on or about July 26 and July 29 in Conneaut.

• John Q. Volante, Jr., 38, of 11185 Madison Road, Huntsburg, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a Sept. 26 incident in Orwell Township. Grand jurors further find and specify the defendant is subject to forfeiture of $2,000 in U.S. currency.

• Joseph W. Tomsic, 38, of 151 1/2 Riverside Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of theft following an Oct. 12 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Benjamin R. Mayberry, 32, of 504 Beaver St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin and one count of tampering with evidence following a Nov. 6 incident in Conneaut.

• Janet C. Sabo, 61, of 506 W. Main Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence following an Oct. 26 incident in Conneaut.

• Gregory S. Watren, 40, of 6271 North Ridge Road W., Geneva, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of breaking and entering following incidents between Oct. 22 and Oct. 24 in Geneva Township.

• Jeffery S. Lunger, 46, and Stacey L. Weatherbee, 42, both of 1411 W. 4th St., Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of petty theft following an Oct. 30 incident in Ashtabula Township.

• Sean M. Walsh, 38, of 3583 Austin Road lot 84, Geneva, was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin and one count of complicity to trafficking in heroin following an Oct. 1 incident in Geneva Township.

• Shawn M. Oehlenschlaeger, 30, of 486 1/2 Center Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of tampering with evidence following a Sept. 18 incident in Denmark Township.

• Kyle D. Johnson, 21, of 123 W. 43rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of carrying concealed weapons and one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of detention center following an Oct. 18 incident in Ashtabula. Grand jurors further find and specify that the defendant had a firearm on or about his person or under his control while committing the offense. The defendant is also subject to forfeiture of a 9mm Glock 26.

• Carl E. Marshall, 51, of 6515 Hawthorne Dr., Andover, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a Sept. 21 incident in Richmond Township.

• Vincent Downing, 29, of 5509 Jefferson Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of robbery and one count of theft following a Nov. 18 incident in Ashtabula.

• Edward A. Smith, 27, of 1120 Alfred Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, one count of possession of heroin and one count of having weapons while under disability following a Nov. 26 incident in Ashtabula Township. Grand jurors further find and specify that the defendant is subject to forfeiture of $1,345 in U.S. currency.

• Christopher Miller, 44, of 1953 E. Morgan Road, Jefferson, was indicted on two counts of improper handling of firearm in motor vehicle following an Aug. 19 incident in Austinburg Township.

• Edward A. Smith, 27, of 1120 Alfred Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of having weapons while under disability following an Oct. 6 incident in Ashtabula Township.
