Driver escapes death in rollover

— PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP — An 18-year-old woman may be a candidate for Discovery Channel’s new show “I Shouldn’t Be Alive.”
Passers-by and police called it a miracle Tuesday after Emily Noce of Geneva walked away from a rollover accident on Plymouth Ridge Road.
Noce lost control of her 1996 gray Mercury Sable sedan and went for a wild ride that shot one split-rail fence post all the way through the front passenger-side window to the driver’s side window, and sent another post next to her head.
While driving west on Plymouth Ridge Road at about 2:15 p.m., Noce lost control of her car, coming out of the curve, which went left off the road, hit a pine tree, a split-rail fence, a post and then rolled over, Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Byron Chute said. The vehicle went on to strike two more trees, another fence post and one more tree, which set it upright, before popping a pop-up camper and sailing through another fence, Chute said.
“She was hit in the head,” he said. “She said she had her seat belt on and the air bag deployed.”
Plymouth and Sheffield rescue squads responded to the call. Noce was transported by ambulance to Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Chute said Noce was charged with failure to control
