JEFFERSON - - Criminal indictments against 11 persons were returned Friday by an Ashtabula County grand jury.
The indictments were filed by the county prosecutors office. They were made public by the Ashtabula County clerk of courts office.
The following persons were indicted:
* Howard Jackson, 54, of 517 Bunker Hill Road, Ashtabula, is charged with two counts of theft, a fourth-degree felony.
* Timothy M. Northrup, 29, of 5480 Footville-Richmond Road, Andover, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony.
* Shawn M. Hadlock, 32, of 927 E. 23rd St., Ashtabula, is charged with possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony.
* James A. Dyer, 19, of 2207 Anthony Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; one count of bribery, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs (crack cocaine), a fourth-degree felony.
* David W. Rodabaugh, 44, 527 W. 36th St., Ashtabula, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
* Philip D. Vandevander Jr., 24, of 4952 Palmer Dr., Geneva, is charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
* Aaron Green, 21, of 850 Pacific N.W., Warren, is charged with possession of crack cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
* Jason C. Moore, 22, of 3835 Spencer Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with having weapons while under disability with specification, a third-degree felony; and intimidation of attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case with specification, a third-degree felony.
* Carl Testerman, 37, of 2974 High St., Rock Creek, is charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.
* Heather N. Shellenberger, 20, of 3583 Austin Road Lot 39, Geneva, is charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (Oxycotin and Methodose), a fifth-degree felony.
* Harry L. Story, 55, of 3410 Station Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification, a fourth-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture specification, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
