JEFFERSON — Harold E. Baker, 40, of 433 W. Prospect Apt. 12, and his nephew Bryan L. Baker, 23, of 8417 Center Road, Austinburg Township, were indicted on charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and aggravated robbery relating to a March 16 incident in Ashtabula, court records show.
The pair are charged with nearly beating Ashtabula resident Terry Foster Sr. to death during an apparent robbery attempt on March 16, police and court records show.
Other indictments include Amber E. Cunningham, 19, of 1341 Hyde Oakfield Road, North Bloomfield, stands accused of two counts of possession of drugs relating to an incident Jan. 12 in Jefferson Township involving .01 grams of cocaine and .01 grams of heroin, court records show.
Robert J. Leonard, 40, of 872 N. Broadway, Geneva, was indicted for operating vehicle while intoxicated with specifications. He is charged with the OVI offense stemming from a Sept. 5, 2008, incident in Geneva and also has five previous OVI convictions between 1997 and 2009, court records show.
David A. DeJesus, 39, of 121 Walnut St., upstairs, Geneva, was indicted on theft of a credit card, identity theft and misuse of a credit card after a Feb. 1 incident in Geneva involving an area man being defrauded of $1,236.25, court records show.
Mandy Loving, 27, of 6225 N. Ridge W., Ashtabula, was indicted on seven counts of forgery and seven counts of theft involving incidents between Jan. 2 and Feb. 6 in Saybrook Township, court records show.
Jason C. Barnard, 31, of 801 Middle Road, Conneaut, was indicted on possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools following an Feb. 4 incident in Ashtabula, court records show.
Robert L. Whitt, 36, of 429 Center St., Ashtabula, was indicted on a charge of felonious assault following an alleged assault Dec. 31, 2008, in Ashtabula, court records show.
