A reunion occurred in Heaven on Friday, April 18, 2014, as Donna's spirit moved beyond Earth and met with Albert's. They are experiencing the joy of being together again and catching up on years they were denied.
Donna was born Feb. 6, 1933, in Kelloggsville, Ohio, the daughter of Hugh F. and Ursul (Long) Wick. She graduated from Kingsville High School in 1951, and the Cleveland Academy of Cosmotology in 1952. Donna married Albert Bucci in 1952, and they resided in North Kingsville, and later in Ashtabula. They were married 52 years.
She was a member of the North Kingsville Presbyterian Church, where she was a Deacon, taught Church School, and was a member of the Women's Association and the Bible Study Group.
Donna was a Republican Central Committee woman and poll worker for the Election Board, often serving as a Presiding Judge.
She is survived by her children, Linda Lyons, with whom she made her home, and David Bucci, both of Ashtabula; grandchildren, Derek Wiser and Stephanie Bucci, both of Ashtabula; and great-grandson, Alek Wiser. She is also survived by her sister, Dolores Crane of Ashtabula; sister-in-law, Margaret Russell of Kingsville; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Tonya Smith (Caretaker/Friend) for her years of devotion.
