ASHTABULA — Shirley A. Woissol, age 68, of Ashtabula, Ohio, died on Tuesday morning, Jan. 28, 2014, at her home.
Born Aug. 5, 1945, in Ashtabula, she was the daughter of Ernest and Wanda (Swartz) Mosher. On Nov. 4, 1970, Shirley married John Michael Woissol in Jefferson.
She enjoyed bingo, going to garage sales, cooking and baking, drinking coffee and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, John Woissol of Ashtabula; son, Bobby (Kim) Hopson of Ashtabula; daughter, Stacy (Gerald) Williams of Ashtabula; sons, John (Tina) Woissol Jr. of Ashtabula and Bryon (Jamie) Woissol of Ashtabula; grandchildren, Bobby Hopson III, Hannah Hopson, Amber Auxier, Amanda Auxier, Whitney Williams, Jeffery Williams, Nashelle Williams, Kiyana Williams, Hailey Woissol, Joanne Woissol, Kayla Woissol, Bryan Woissol and Kelsy Woissol; great-grandchildren, Bella Greggs and Annaleise Auxier; and sisters, Janette McCoy of Kingsville, Donna Juras of Ashtabula, Joyce Tucker of Willoughby, Diane Neijbauer of Kingsville, Terri Emerine of Cortland, Debbie Nelson of Austinburg and Denise Cross of Ashtabula.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Cheryl Hopson; son, Jeffery Mosher; sisters, Pearl Hamm and Jane Bringham; and brother, Ernest Mosher Jr.
Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31st, in GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 West 19th St., Ashtabula, with Greg Housel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Jan. 30th, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
