GENEVA — Linda A. Del Monico, age 53, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Hospice House in Cleveland.
She was born May 19, 1959, in Cleveland, to Daniel E. Galus and Joyce (Adams) Buehner. She married Nicholas F. Del Monico on Dec. 9, 2000, in Madison, Ohio.
Linda worked at Enamelac in Cleveland and was a member of Guardians USA Vets.
She loved her grandchildren, was a motorcycle enthusiast, liked Home Interior decorating and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Nick; children, April Johnson, Nicole Strmac and Anthony Del Monico, all of Geneva, Stephan (Penny) Strmac and Jay Del Monico, both of Conneaut and Nicholas Del Monico of Ashtabula; 17 grandchildren; her mother, Joyce and Robert Buehner of Aurora; her father, Daniel Galus of Florida; one brother, Phil Galus; sisters, Cyndi Koren and Patty Mansour, both of Mentor, Joyce Mouser and Kim Galus, both of Euclid, Sharon Narusus of Eastlake, Pam Barone of Strongsville; and best friend of 50 years, Paula Stachnik.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Chris Galus.
Service will be 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 26th, at WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 828 Sherman St., Geneva, with the Rev. Dorothy Del Monico officiating.
Calling Hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, March 25th, at the Funeral Home.
